Opportunity Goals Panel

The Opportunity Goals panel is used to review the progress toward meeting opportunity goals. Opportunity goals are dealer-defined goals regarding the number of prospects to add or contact during a selected time period. The goals displayed on this panel can be defined on the Dealership Goals panel. Additionally, the default appearance of this panel can be defined on the Opportunity Goals Defaults window.

The Opportunity Goals panel displays on the Home screen. To access the Home screen, click the (Home) icon.

To change the time period for which information about opportunity goals displays, select a time period in the unlabeled Time Frame field. Additionally, to display information about opportunity goals for an individual dealership account, select an account in the unlabeled Account field.

The following tabs are available in the Opportunity Goals panel.

  • Opportunity Goals tab. The Opportunity Goals tab is used to view information such as the target number of prospects to contact and the average number of prospects contacted per week during the selected time frame.
  • Campaign/Service Breakdown tab. The Campaign/Service Breakdown tab is used to view the number prospects that were contacted during the selected time frame from either sales campaigns or service interactions, such as walk-ins or appointments.
